Recovery In Mind Occupational Therapy is dedicated to educating the next generation of Occupational Therapy professionals. Fostering a nurturing environment for students is part of our Mission to offer professional, high quality mental health services to our community - we can only do that by sharing our knowledge and teachings to those embarking on a career in OT.

What we offer

  • During clincial placement with Recovery In Mind, students will experience:
  • Experiential, hands on learning to prepare students for real-world challenges.
  • Regular supervision and support from experienced Mental Health OTs.
  • A student placement learning manual, with various modules designed to be worked through to meet learning objectives and competencies.
  • Professional development opportunities such as workshops and seminars.
  • Post placement support including assistance with transitioning into the workforce.
