Our Fees

Private Paying

Private Sessions: No referral required. Simply book an appointment and pay the session fee directly! The frequency of sessions, such as weekly or monthly, is determined by clinical indication and your therapeutic needs.
Comprehensive OT Assessment and Report: This detailed assessment supports various needs, including NDIS access requests and Disability Support Pension (DSP) applications. The process typically involves 10 to 12 hours of dedicated work. This includes a minimum of two to three direct sessions, as we believe a true understanding of functional capacity is gained over time, not from a single point in time observation. We strive to complete these assessments as efficiently as possible and will prioritise NDIS access requests where we can.
$193.99 (50min session)
$1,939.90 - $2,327.88 (10 - 12 hours for assessment + report)

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) (OT and Allied Health Assistants)

We support NDIS participants at the current NDIS price guide. Charges apply for direct face to face time, non face to face services (such as report writing or resource development), travel time in kilometres, and services provided by our Allied Health Assistants under the direction of an occupational therapist.
Occupational Therapy $193.99 per hour
Billed Under Code: 15_617_0128_1_3
Allied Health Assistant / Therapy Assistant $86.79 per hour Billed Under Code: 15_053_0128_1_3
Note: We do not bill from Core Funding

Medicare - Mental Health Care Plan

Most of our occupational therapists are endorsed by Occupational Therapy Australia to provide psychological focused strategies and treatment under the Better Access to Mental Health initiative. With a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to ten individual sessions per calendar year. Hint: We suggest booking a longer (double) appointment with your GP to allow sufficient time to discuss and prepare your Mental Health Care Plan.
$193.99
  • (50min session) The current rebate is approximately $85.20 leaving an out of pocket expense. We are also able to process the rebate for you at our end following payment. Note: Your out of pocket expenses may be lower if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold for the calendar year.

Medicare - Chronic Disease Management Plan

Clients with a chronic medical condition may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to five occupational therapy sessions per calendar year under a Chronic Disease Management plan (formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care or EPC plan). You will need a specific referral from your General Practitioner (GP) to access this rebate.
$193.99
(50 min session) The current rebate is approximately $58.30 per session, with an out of pocket fee payable. Note: Your out of pocket expenses may be lower if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold for the calendar year.

Private Health

We do not process private health insurance rebates directly at our practice. However, we can provide you with a detailed tax invoice containing the relevant item codes, which you can then use to claim any applicable rebates directly from your private health fund.
$193.99
Please talk to your Private Health provier for applicable rebates.

Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for occupational therapists with one of our experienced senior OTs. We will work to match you with a supervisor best suited to your clinical practice needs.
$220 per hour (inc. GST)

Cancellations

We require a minimum of two (2) business days notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full session fee will be charged.
